**Note: We do not process or ship orders over the weekend or on Holidays.

Tracking:

Valid tracking is provided for all orders. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order here when you are signed into your account.

International Shipping (Outside U.S.A & Canada):

For international shipping (any country outside of U.S.A. and Canada) your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Massete is not responsible for these charges, they are the responsibility of the customer.
