Silver ball pendant chain

The chain is not long enough for my taste. The ball could've been a little bigger. It seems like it's going to tarnish because I can already see a little discoloration around the ball. I mean for the price it's acceptable. The customer service however is excellent! Esther went out of her way to help me.
